At KAYALI, we want you to be completely enamored with your new fragrance experience; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or sprayed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
